About Villa


Villa Ayara is perched on a hill with stunning views over Surin Beach and Bang Tao Bay. This Thai-Balinese style property features five bedrooms, each bedroom with king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and views on the ocean.


The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5 meters with an infinity effect on the bay.

Surin Beach is a 5 minutes’ walk away. Surin Ayara Hill is 25 minutes from the airport and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the nightlife of Patong.


The villa cascades down the hill on two levels encircled by topical trees and gardens.


Upper Level: The entire upper level has a sweeping sea view. It comprises a large elegant living and dining area, a kitchen and two master bedrooms. All rooms have high vaulted ceiling in teak which provides a real impression of grandeur, tall glass doors and windows open to the infinity-edge pool.
